What to include in your first message.

We need very little to get started — a couple of details unblock the most useful response.

Where the move is from (UK address or a rough area is fine).
Where in the Netherlands the move is going (Amsterdam, Randstad, Eindhoven, North — or a specific town).
Roughly when you are looking to move — a target month is plenty.
Rough scale — studio / 1-bed / 2-bed / full-house / partial-load.
Anything unusual (canal-belt verhuislift, RMC-managed relocation, ASML / Philips employer, a vehicle, a pet).

Working hours

We answer Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 UK time, and reply to weekend messages on the next working day. The survey diary is usually open within a working day or two of an enquiry.
